The project comprises two exceptionally large, bespoke new-build homes, with Designtech delivering complete substructure and superstructure design to support their striking architectural vision.
About This Project
Built on a sloping site, the house’s structure was designed to follow the changing ground levels. Traditional cavity walls on trench-fill foundations were used, with timber floors and roof for practical and efficient construction. Steelwork was added where the building steps to handle the level changes and keep the structure strong. The design combines reliable construction methods, material efficiency, and a smart architectural layout.
